• 2 teaspoons flour
• 2 ounces (57 g) unsalted butter

Procedure

1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
2. Mix the flour and butter together until they are perfectly smooth.
3. Stir this into the boiling water, and add salt to taste.
