      This is also great as a dip to spice up garlic bread, or a spread on burger buns.

      Ingredients

      • 1 cup sour cream
      • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
      • 4 chipotle chiles in adobo, stemmed
      • Pinch of salt
      • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
      • 1/4 cup adobo sauce
      • Tortilla chips

      Procedure

      1. Pulse everything except chips in your blender until smooth. Serve with chips.
