  • 1/2 cup espresso, cooled
  • 2 cups heavy cream, beaten to soft peaks
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • Pinch of salt

ProcedureEdit

  1. Combine all ingredients except cream. Gently fold in cream. Chill for 20 minutes; serve.
