      Balsamic vinegar adds a tangy sweetness that complements the rich, fruity, buttery flavor of extra-virgin olive oil.

      Ingredients

      • 2 table spoon aged balsamic vinegar
      • 6 table spoon extra-virgin olive oil
      • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
      • Assorted salad greens

      Directions

      1. Whisk together vinegar and seasonings.
      2. Slowly whisk in oil.
      3. Serve over assorted salad greens.
