Balangu jollof is a Nigerian rice dish made from ram meat. It is commonly eaten amongst the Hausa and Fulani people of Nigeria.

  1. Season the meat with onion and salt, and fry in a pot of oil.
  2. Stir in the tomato paste. Add some water, and boil for a few minutes.
  3. Stir in the rice, thyme, curry powder, and suya spice.
  4. Cover the pot and cook until the rice has absorbed the liquid.
