CIVIL PROCEDURE:

Civil procedure is the method which is used in bringing and conducting a civil action.

Civil procedure is the body of law that sets out the rules and standards so that the courts has to follow when adjudicating civil lawsuits. These rules which governs how a lawsuit or case may be commenced, and what kind of service of process (if any) is required.
