Smith-Morra Gambit

Black accepted the gambit by taking the pawn on c3. Offering another pawn, by playing anything other than 4. Nxc3, will be too much and black will get an advantage.

Taking back with 4. bxc3 is inferior, since it blocks the natural developing square of the knight on b1.
